1.   Provide skills to learners through formal, non-formal and informal means.
2.   Provide education based on the 8-4-4 syllabus from form one to form four.
3.   Meet social, spiritual and physical needs of the youth in Huruma and Githogoro slums.
4.   To provide students with meals.
5.   Compliment government efforts in offering education for all.
